Carl Dreifuss has worked in the commercial real estate market since 1998. Most recently his experience has been in real estate syndications for private investors. He has participated in the organizing and marketing offerings for properties in the mid-state area including the Battlewood Shopping Center in Franklin, TN and, most recently, the Nashville Shores Water Park and Marina. He is experienced in property management and tenant leasing. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Dreifuss enjoyed a successful eighteen year career with Square D Company directing the sales and marketing activities in a three office area covering five states. Subsequent to that he served as branch operations manager for Simplex Corporation. Currently, Mr. Dreifuss serves a co-principal with Marshall Karr and Beth Tannenbaum of DKT Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment and development company. He has also been the principal of Results, Inc., a management consulting firm formed in 1990 that provides support in strategic planning and continuing medical educaton. Carl is an engineering graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College of Cleveland, Ohio. He has held a security dealers license in conjunction with his syndication work. He has volunteered time to community organization including Leadership Nashville, leading activities around the topic of diversity.
